Sumptuous international dishes and delicious Turkish specialties - The restaurant was an absolute delight! The food was so exquisite that it felt like a culinary journey through the Mediterranean, Middle East, and Central Asia, all in one meal. The flavors were a true masterpiece, leaving me craving for more.

The highlight of my visit was definitely the world-class cuisine at Nova Plaza. The dinner menus at A'la carte Saltanat Restaurant were rich and delicious. I felt like royalty indulging in the Turkish and Ottoman flavors with a contemporary twist.

Oh, how I loved the lovely scent of eggs wafting through the floor corridors every morning. Simply delightful.

The staff is attentive here, the services are excellent, and location is best possible adjacent to shops, Taksim square, taxis.

I had good 3 nights in this hotel that's why I appreciated that. My triple room had TV set with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was unbeatable and adjacent to istiklal square as well as airport bus station. The early check-in process too.

I always return here for a reason. The staff made my first stay memorable by helping with evening plans. The place suits me perfectly; it has Wi-Fi, fitness center, spa, room service, kitchenette, and express check-in. Coming back for Easter!

Central location, close to shuttle bus stop. A la carte breakfast with a good variety. Comfortable bed in spacious room with rooftop balcony and amazing city view. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially Orhan and Verdat. Pool adds to the overall experience.

We were in Istanbul for 5 days, had such wonderful stay, the hotel was fairly clean with magnificent location so near from havas bus to airport. Superfriendly staff, providing great service. The pool on the premises was nice.

Our stay at the hotel was incredible, with the vibrant Taksim Square just a stone's throw away. The hotel's central location made it so easy to explore the buzzing shopping areas, cultural sights, and entertainment venues in Istanbul. We loved the breathtaking views of Istanbul and the Bosphorus bridge from our upgraded, spacious 2-bedroom room. The staff, especially Abdullah, Yilmaz, and Timur, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and the complimentary tea and cookies were a nice touch.

In my wife's opinion, the addition of a dedicated children's play area or activity room would have been a great addition for families with children.

Room issues: The rooms had some major issues that were disappointing. The toilets in the family rooms were small and not very comfortable to use.

I recently stayed in a hotel that was perfectly located in the heart of the city. The staff provided excellent room service and were always ready to assist me with anything I needed. I stayed for 3 days at Nova Plaza Crystal and it was really good! The food was amazing, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located near Taksim square and within walking distance of the Furnicular and Istiklal street. There is a park with a kids play area nearby and plenty of restaurants and stores. I will definitely be a regular client and wish them the best!
